Abstract (EN)

The quality of work life has become an important element for employee life. The positive effects of a comfortable workforce in their business life reflect positively on the business. It is thought that increasing the quality of business life will increase the socialization of the organization. In the ever-changing world, the survival of businesses is related to their sustainability. Human (workforce) is an important factor in business. The work environment in which employees operate is important for both the individual and the organization. The main purpose of this research is to determine the quality of working disabled individuals in their work life and to determine the effect of the quality of work life on the socialization of disabled individuals within the organization. This research was conducted on disabled individuals working in Burdur province. Survey method was used as a data collection tool in the study. The first part of the survey consists of demographic questions. In the other parts of the survey, there are questions about quality of work life and organizational socialization. Regression analysis was conducted to evaluate the effect of work life quality on organizational socialization. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that the quality of work life is effective on organizational socialization.
