The effect of barri̇er-free ai̇rport servi̇ces to changi̇ng cost: Kastamonu sample

Having an important portion of disabled people in the population have been motivated social institutions to take action in terms of social needs. Eliminating the difference in accessibility for people with disabilities in the building construction are reflected as a cost factor to building contractors. The limited law enforcement agencies of interventions towards the elimination of difference constitutes a major problem to disabled people whom want to get social and be a part of the society. So Civil Aviation General Directorate has been started on Barrier-Free Airport Project in order to enable to have on equal terms of barriers to disabled passengers by structuring airports easy accessible - usable to disabled people. The aim of this study is to search the relation between barrier-free airport services create in terms of passanger and changing cost regarding airport/ airline company. Barrier-Free Airport organization states removal of all barriers to disabled passengers includes airport / terminal operator, airline ground handling services and other activities offered by organizations. If an airport; airport operators, terminal operators, airlines and ground handling services of the organization is "Barrier-Free Airport Organization" that airport is called "Barrier-Free Airport". In this case study the value of unimpeded airport for disabled passengers regulation work and unobstructed path to change the decision of the applications in airport passenger to whether that organization was researched. Determination of unnecessary cost must be eliminated to analyze the value created by the unhindered and airport services.Thus, value creating elements tend to change according to the preferences of the passenger's emerge will show how the cost of a change. Cost analysis of airline preferences influence value change created by the decision of the passenger organization and operation of the airport unhindered cost customer loyalty status, it was put forward by the airport unhindered and unimpeded preferred cost was done.
