Entegre bulanık yaklaşım kullanarak sürdürülebilirlik bakış açısıyla tedarikçi seçimi

The increasing awareness of non governmental organizations, academia andbusiness on the environmental and social issues leads companies to pay attention on the novelconcept of sustainability. Sustainability involves the multiple objectives of social, economicand environmental sustainability. Thus, in recent years the interest in sustainable supplychain has increased and supplier selection becomes critically important. In this study, thesustainability concept is integrated into the supplier evaluation and selection problem andevaluation criteria are determined based on the related literature. Due to the multi-criterianature of the problem and the vagueness in the human judgments, this study proposes a hybridmodel combined with fuzzy logic. This model applies Fuzzy Decision Making Trial andEvaluation Laboratory (Fuzzy DEMATEL) technique to deal with the interdependencieswithin an evaluation cluster, Fuzzy Analytic Network Process (Fuzzy ANP) to calculate thedependencies between clusters and then to determine the criteria weights and FuzzyPreference Ranking Organization METHod for Enrichment Evaluations (FuzzyPROMETHEE) technique to achieve a final ranking of the alternatives. Finally, a case studyis presented to illustrate the application of the proposed method. The results showed that eventhough the final importance weights of the criteria under the Performance Evaluation clusterare approximate, Sustainability Competence, Cost and Time appeared to be the mostimportant criteria among the others.
