Abstract (EN)

It was observed tha tsalazopyrin treatment was used most frequently (17.4%) in the patient group diagnosed with EA, and mesalazin treatment was used most frequently (43.7%) in the patient group diagnosed with IBD. It has been observed that meselazine and corticosteroids constitute the second most frequently used drug group in the enteropathic arthritis patient group. It was determined that vedolizumab was never used in this patient group, and etanercept, which was ineffective in the enteropathic arthritis patient group, was the least frequently used agent. In the inflammatory bowel disease group, the second most frequently used agent was azathioprine, and the least used agent was vedolizumab. NSAIDs, xi etanercept, methotrexate and leuflinomide were never preferred. In our study, there was no statistically significant difference between hs CRP value, enteropathic arthritis and IBD patients, but we found that periostin value was higher in patients with high hs CRP in the EA group. In our study, we did not detect a significant difference between Dickkopf-related protein 1 (Dkk1, periostin and sclerostin (Wnt receptor antagonists)) between the two patient group
