Abstract (EN)

In this study, Erciş, a local grape variety identified with the ecology of Van, was identified as potentially in vitro regeneration potential as a vegetable material in the rich vine gene potential of our country. Foliar explants obtained from in vitro plants were treated with N, N-dimethylaminopyridine (NA) containing 0, 0.05 and 0.1 5 mg/l NAA (Naphthalene acetic acid) and 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5 and 5 mg/l BAP (Nitsch and Nitsch, 1969) and MS (Murashige and Skoog, 1962) for 15 days in darkness and 15 days in bright conditions. As a result of the research, it was determined that different concentrations and combinations of plant growth regulators in culture media had different effects on regenerated explant ratio (%), number of callus explants (number), callus quality (%) and callus formation rate (%). It was observed that the MS medium gave better results than the NN medium in terms of the ratio of the regenerated explants (%), number of explants forming the callus (number) and callus formation rate (%), whereas NN medium was better than MS medium in terms of callus quality (%). As a result of the study, the best results were obtained from the concentrations of 0.1 mg/l NAA + 1.0 mg/l BAP added to both concentrations
