In order to collect data in the research, "Personal Information Form", "Social Media Disorder Scale (SMBÖ)", "Mindfulness Scale for Adolescents" and "Psychological Need Satisfaction Scale" were used. The total variance explanation level of the variables was 26.1%. As mindfulness scores of adolescents increase, it is seen that social media disorder scores decrease.
