Abstract (EN)
In this study; between August 2010 and August 2014 Orthopaedics and Traumatology Clinic of Medical Faculty of Fırat University dates were evaluated by clinical inpatient cannulated screws with internal fixation in the femoral neck fractures in the outcomes of patients with the diagnosis of adult, literature by comparing. 13 (52,2 %) of our cases, were male, 11 (45,8 %) were female, with a mean age of 49,21 years ( 21 to 80) and a bilateral fracture of the femur neck was present in 2 (8,3 %), a fracture of the right femur neck was in 10 (41,7 %) and of the left femur neck in 12 (50 %). Evaluated 24 adult patients were classified according to Garden classification, 1 (4,2 %) was Garden type- 1, 4 (16,6 %) were Garden type- 2, 10 (41,6 %) were Garden type- 3, and 9 (37,6 %) were Garden type- 4. Evaluated 24 adult patients were classified according to Pauwels classification, 18 (75 %) patients were Pauwels type- 2, 6(25%) patients were Pauwels type- 3. The patients were undergone a surgery within a mean of 2 day (4 hours to 8 days) after they admitted to our emergency department. A treatment was planned for 26 hips, of them, a fixation was performed to 20 (76,9 %) following a closed reduction, a fixation was performed to 6 (23,1 %) following an open reduction. The patients mean hospital stay was 8,92 (5 to 20) days. Patients were discharged from the hospital average 6 days (1- 18 gün) after surgery. The 20 patients were evaulated according to Harris hip score. The results were subclassified as bad 1 (5 %) patient, moderate 2 (10 %) patients, good 4(20 %) patients, admirable 8(40 %) patients, and excellent 5(25 %) patients.
