Armenians claim for genocide evaluated from the point of View of Law

The Armenians, who were living for centuries together with the Turks in prosperity in Anatolia, make the Ottoman Government a lot of troubles during the I. World War in the 19th century because of extreme nationalism trend and with foreign provocation. Since the hard conditions, and the restricted opportunities during the years of War, the forced emigration and taken measures, do not contain the genocide crime mental and physical elements defined in the international Law in 1948. During the forced emigration The Armenians weren't considered as a national, religious, racial or ethnical group, the forced emigration wasn't done with the purpose to get rid of completely or with a national hate on them, it was applied from the government, but it wasn't planed before. The forced emigration was done out of military essentiality during the War, it were an internal limited sovereignty problem of the Ottoman Government. Therefore from the point of view of the international law, that doesn't require governmental responsibility.
