Abstract (EN)
Erzincan is a socio-economic, cultural and educational city. In this respect, the existing hospitals were incomplete in meeting the needs. Erzincan Mengücek Gazi Training and Research Hospital was opened to meet the needs and expectations of the patients in the regional sense. With the presence of the hospital, some measures should be taken against the increased traffic load. The purpose of this thesis study is to determine what kind of regulations should be done for increasing traffic load. Delays caused by traffic signals are minimized by creating inter-coordination. Thus, it is ensured that drivers benefit economically on both psychological and system basis.The methods used in the thesis study are traffic impact analysis and corridor analysis. Traffic impact analysis to improve the performance of service quality on the system; solution area, forbidden areas, land model etc. corridor analysis methods were used. Intersections on Milli Egemenlik Street were selected for performance measurement.
