The comparision Ash'ari metaphysics and Berkeley idealism

As far as having knowledge is concerned, object, subject and therelationship between both display the epistemological point of views. By thetime the materialistic existence is not accepted, it follows that you have adifferent point of view and from now , it is idealism where you stand.In this study, we have tried to discuss the Ash?ari atomism and Berkeleyidealism one by one and make a comparison of them. In the firs chapter, wehave dealt with Ash?ari metaphysics, or rather Ash?ari atomism in a morerestricted sence Natural philosophy is based upon atomism in Ash?arimetaphysics. According to this, the objects that from the universe are made upof atoms and attributions. Though Ash?ari atomism is dependent on atom -attribution dualism and the relationship between them, it has been tried toovercome the dulism in question. Attributions exist within atoms as subjektive.Attributions are not continual, but they are created continually. Attributionsand atoms which can not exist whitout them have to exist subsequently and theyare created and eliminated by God.In the scond chapter, we have dealth with how Berkeley put forward thatmatter does not exist. We have also dealt with his rise to idealism. So far asBerkeley is concerned, there are only minds, and ideas with mental concepts.This connect existence with perception. What makes existence exist is whetherpeople perceive or not and when they do not, there is the divine perception.In the last chapter, after comparing the Ash?ari atomism with mainconcepts and problematics of Berkeley idealism, an idealism like Berkeley?sphilosophy has been confronted since the existence of atoms is connected withthe existence of attributions in Ash?ari metaphysics. In their system, bothAsh?ari and Berkeley accept God as eternal and the creator of everything byreducing the existence to the attributions1) Atom 2) Attribution 3) Ash?rism 4) BerkeleyKey World:5) Idealism
