Abu'l-Qasim Hassan bin Mohammad bin Abi Bakr al-Laithi al-Samarkandi's book Explaining the Metaphor Message of Imam al-Siwasi is one of the books on the art of declamation. The author, Sheikh Al-Siwasi, has announced an important book called Samarkand Message, which is famous on the horizons, God rest his soul. Despite its tiny size, this book has returned to many declamation books. In addition to being used as grammar books, interpreters and linguistic dictionaries, it is the transfer of many words of scholars among the interpreters, linguists and declamator. I presented a comprehensive review of the manuscript I mentioned about the author's life and work, and took a serious stance on his approach in this book. As I mentioned the method he followed and the references he received the material from in the explanation, as I mentioned the copies adopted in the investigation, I drew a consistent approach for me in the realization of this article and concluded this study by making technical indices that will support the reader to apply to him.
