In this research we talked about the definition of cosmopolitanism and the way they have developed and the stages they have asked for the equality between the Arabs and the other nations ,especially the Persians and the we pointed out the reasons for the development of the cosmopolitanism politically and economically and religiously and the roles of politics and the leaders in one hand and the other cosmopolitanism on the other hand for the establishment of schools belonging to those authorities, groups and Islamic sects and the impact extension of the cosmopolitanism on the beliefs of those teams in Theology and Prophecies by questioning the Koran by their Tafseers esoteric meanings of the verses and the hadith, and their interpretation of many of the texts without any measure and the laws of the interpretation adopted by the scientists. And they said that there is esoteric for every apparent. So in this research I talked about the cosmopolitanism in this era and how to deal with this phenomenon and how to deal with others without any excessive racism which hurt the dignity and honor of the others and their beliefs, whether they are Muslims or not Keywords: Populism, proletariat, heresy, creed, Abbasid, Umayyad,Shi'a.
