The contract of construction, which is coordinated in Articles 470-486 of Turkish Code of Obligations, has been the subject of numerous studies and has been investigated by many researchers since it is at the top of the contracts with the greatest number of applications. Because the contractor's debts, which is the side of the contract of construction, caused many disputes in practice, duty of care and unethical acts have been discussed in details in the current study. Due to the unethical acts of contractor, the rights of business owners has been examined in the lights of claim for compensation, contractor's correction of his own work or correction by a third party, and right to terminate the contract, Turkish Code of Obligations, other relevant laws, and supreme court decisions. In addition, the researcher benefited from the dominant views while using books, articles, all kinds of written sources and internet resources, and the doctrine related with the legal results of the contractor's duty of care and unethical acts. The main purpose of this present study is to give a beneficial thesis about the legal results of the contractor's duty of care and unethical acts.
