Deficient work in the contract of work

With the establishment of the work contract, the contractor undertakes to create a work and deliver it to the employer completely. In some cases, the contractor delivers the work with its deficiencies to the employer. In this thesis, the deficiencies in the work are categorized and the issue of whether the delivery will take place if the work is created incompletely by the contractor is discussed. In addition, the rights of the business owner in cases where the contractor presents the work with its deficiencies to the employer and the delivery is deemed to have been made and the rights that the employer will have in cases where the delivery is deemed not realized.
