Abstract (EN)

In this study, the aims were to develop a valid and reliable scaling tool for defining the levels of tradesmen and craftsmen in terms of possessing Ahi-order values and thus specify the ratings of them who maintain their vocational lives in social economic scope. The study has been held within screening model. Data has been collected with the help of "Personal Information Form" and "Defining the Levels of Having Ahi-Order Values Scale".On thedatacollected, besidesvalidityandreliabilityanalysis, arithmeticmean, t test, one-wayanalysis of varianceandScheffe test analysishavebeen done. Thesignificancelevel of thetests has beenregardedsufficient as p<,05. Thescale of definingthelevels of having Ahi-OrderValuesthat has beendevelopedbyresearcher, involves 4 factorsand 32 items. Validityanalysis of thescale has beentestedbytakingopinions of experts, exploratoryfactoranalysisanditem-total correlationtechniques. KMO value is 0,957 and Barlett test value is p=7001,485 (p<0,001), df=496. Factor loads of items are between 0,461 and 0,800. The item-total correlation values have been tested by Pearson's r test and found between 0,574 and 0,801 (p<,001).Reliability analysis of the scale has been defined by Cronbach's alpha internal consistency and determination coefficients. The internal consistency coefficient has been found as Cronbach's alpha 0,933; and the determination coefficients of the items have been found between 0,355 and 0,804 (p<,001). Datum have been analyzed by using descriptive statistics. At the end of the study, as a result, it has been identified that modern-day tradesmen and craftsmen have some deficiencies about Ahi-Order values and suggestions have been made to eliminate them.
