Due to changes in technology and other competitive forces at the macro-level, there is an increasing acceptance on the concept of flexibility is important. Due to the fact that flexible work patterns can contribute a large extent to work and family balance of individuals ,flexible working may be preferred by the employees as a way of working. At the same time, in order to maintain their existence, competitiveness, ensure the efficiency, giving more importance to human resources appears to be unavoidable for organizations. In order to increase organizational commitment, flexible working patterns is one of the methods that organizations can offer to their employees. Therefore, both establishing the work-life balance of employees and recruitment, retention of qualified human resource can be easier. The aim of this study is to examine the impacts on organizational commitment of benefiting from flexible working arrangements. This study covers the central organization of the Prime Minister's expert, the expert assistant, management personnel. As a result of the Regression and Pearson correlation analysis, it shows that providing work-life balance will increase the organizational commitment, flexible workplace will increase continuance and normative commitment, flexible working times will increase continuance commitment. Also as a result of the t-test and anova test, we examined the relationship between demographic variables and organizational commitment, flexible working patterns, at the same time we determined those who want to take advantage of flexible forms of work, can increase organizational commitment.
