In this thesis study at first fundamental concepts of soft set theory, soft metric spaces and fixed point theory are mentioned in order to preperation of the work in terms of preliminaries. Soft rectangular metric is defined on soft sets by using parametric scaler valued functions on soft sets and this soft metric is symbolised by D_R. The definitions of some concept such as soft sequence, soft convergent sequence, soft Cauchy sequence, soft contraction, soft fixed point are given to obtain and prove soft fixed point theorems. Banach fixed point theorem, Caristi and Kannan fixed point theorems are proved in soft rectangular metric spaces by the creation of the substructure. Finally, by using the concept of coincidience point for two soft mappings the situtation of weak compatible of these two soft mappings is defined. Common soft fixed point theorem for commuting mapping is proved. Also by using Jungck type soft sequences and non-decreasing functions, common soft fixed point theorem is proved for weak compatible mappings.
