Abstract (EN)
Institutions should act responsibly and be careful to ethical rules towards their target groups and the social environment that they are in. Since the ethical rules are considered as the main sources of the multi-faced within the institutions, it has become an inevitable necessity to actively exist in the socio-economic process. In this research, ethical values- sectoral factors in the social responsibility interaction are examined. In the sub-segments defined in terms of lines of business, there is a strategy in value-social responsibility interaction in which the values that determine and operate the business lines in large-scale enterprises to be selected from the business lines specified in the ISO 500 Companies (production) and service sector classifications are guiding in the social responsibility activities of the enterprises a comparative qualitative analysis of whether the values are premisses has been carried out. In the research, the values that each company defined under its own vision by the web page or e-mail are examined and then the values which are determined in that sector and sub-business sectors are examined under a sectoral segment. In addition, social responsibility activities identified on the websites of the enterprises are examined. Qualitative analysis method was used in the study. In addition, descriptive analysis techniques were used and the data were evaluated by Chi-square significance test. As a result of the research, it has been determined that production and service sector enterprises have different values and social responsibilities within themselves. Moreover, when the interaction between value and social responsibility categories in the service sector and the production sector was examined, it was found that there was no significant difference in the interaction between value and social responsibility categories.
