Özet (EN)
Architecture, in basic terms, is the material output of planing, design, engineering and construction. For thousand years, it is the way which we have shaped our environment and process of construction of places which we are living inside. Architecture was born with humanbeing leave foragering and start being a member of settled civilizations. The aim of architecture is designing the environment functionally for human life. architecture is an ethical action, because it is the pre-condition for humanbeing to live a better life. The fact that a building has an architectural value means that it does not only meet the need, but also it has a cultural and aesthetic value. Architectural works, like other works of art, are subject to aesthetic evaluation and ethical investigation together with those who produce and experience it. Architecture is a part of fine arts; the question of whether it is an art, a technic or both is a subject of a long standing debate. In plastic arts, not the real one, but the ideal one has the importance. Therefore; putting forward the beautiful one becomes the fundamental principle of visual arts in Europe. In postmodernism there is an understanding of "anyway it is accepted", and it obscures the line between "object of art" and "object of industry", and leaves the fuction aside by feeding the aesthetic and commercial concerns in architectural buildings. The close relationship of modern architecture with other engineering disciplines and the change in project production tools due to the development of technology have brought many ethical-aesthetic problems. The basis of our study is composed of analyzing Ethical-Aesthetic Union through uniqueness and Kitsch structure examples. The aim of this thesis is questioning the legitimization of copy and plagiarism in architecture of kitsch aesthetics, which is the source of chaotic, unidentified and imitation structures that produce non-functional and random visual solutions in designs.
