The relationship between perceived of ethical leadership and green organizational culture

Abstract (EN)

Ethical leadership style and green organizational culture were examined in the study. The sample of the research is the hotels operating in Istanbul. In this research, a cross-sectional research was conducted using quantitative research methodology. Data were collected through questionnaires. The study was conducted with a total of 314 participants. First of all, frequency analysis was conducted within the scope of demographic information of the participants. Then, validity and reliability tests of ethical leadership and green organizational culture scales were performed. In the next step, correlation analysis was conducted to test the relationship between research variables. Finally, a regression analysis was conducted in order to thesis the research hypotheses. According to the results, there is a relationship between ethical leadership and green organizational culture. In addition, ethical leadership positively and significantly affects both the green organizational culture and the green organizational culture sub-dimensions of green organizational culture and evaluation of green organizational culture.
