Abstract (EN)
Increasing competitional environment showed that organizations cannot achieve their targets only updating their technologies. The effect of human factor over organizational performance has been observed. Studies, focused on this subject, have been continued increasingly. A staff, working all day long, experiences psychological and physiological problems. These stresses arise because of the person himself as well as managerial attitudes, business environment and the other companions. The problems caused by the company itself adversely effect both personal and organizational performance. Thus organizations try to solve these problems forming conditions in which employees can work effectively and efficiently. In this study, the effect of ethical leadership behaviour and job satisfaction upon burnout syndrome, one of the common problems faced by the workers, has been researched. In this study, emotional burnout and depersonalization, subdimensions of burnout syndrome, has been held as relative variables. 812 personnel and managers from 22 different companies have involved in the research.In this study it is achieved that ethical leadership perception of the personnel adversely effect the emotional burnout and depersonalization. Secondly job satisfaction off the workers adversely effect the emotional burnout and depersonalization. Finally ethical leadership perception of the workers positively effect the job satisfaction.
