Abstract (EN)

AThe aim of this study is to examine the effectiveness of the Interaction-based Early Education(RT) in order to increase the expressive language skills of children diagnosed with Developmental Disabilities in Early Childhood. Multiple probe model with inter-subject probe stage, which was one of the single-subject research methods, was used in the study. It was conducted with two male students and one female student diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. In order to improve their verbal communication skills, the RT was implemented, including the baseline, teaching, monitoring and generalization sessions. According to the findings of the study, the RT was effective in increasing the expressive language skills in children in early childhood diagnosed with developmental disabilities, they were able to maintain their skills after the education, and they were able to generalize these skills to different environments, materials and practitioners. In addition, the responses of the parents to the social validity questions constituted the findings of the study regarding social validity.
