Ever expanding technology of three dimensional movies, which can be watched with three dimensional googles, impress more watchers, making them visually experience an illusion, like they have been immersed in them. The possibilities of computers and its technologies, has brought skills to imitate the real, almost preventing to distinguish the difference between the real and the simulated.Internet, is a space where the essence is intangible but also is an ever growing space with its data and electronic traffic. The net, is a formation which involves millions of people through different mediums connecting them with electronic cables. Internet not only creates communicational bonds between people, but also builds a cheap and fast groundwork to create activities like entertainment, education, work, politics, economics.Virtual worlds, are the second most popular cyber spaces that people like after the video games. Some virtual worlds which have more population than some countries of the world, already started to create their own culture. The popularity of the virtual worlds and forthcoming cultural developments, are new areas waiting to be explored by those who are willing to be global. Creating positive projects using such technologies is the main focus of this thesis.
