Research of the effect of communication abilities of a school director on forming an effective school in Büyükçekmece primary school case

In this research, the relation between communication abilities of school directors their effects on forming an effective school. The hasbeen studied research has been realized on the directors and the teachers of the primary schools which are in Büyükçekmece town in Istanbul city.In the research the effectiveness of the schools has been measured by asking the opinions of the directors and the teachers who work for the primary schools and the relation between communication abilities of the directors and forming an effective school has been searched.?Effective School Public Survey? and ?Communication Abilities Evaluation Scale?, was applied .According the results of this statisticks; a meaningful relation has been determined between school effectiveness and characteristics ?I am very interested at people.?,?I can behave how I want without hurting anyone or myself.?,?I talk with mild sound tone while trying to understad.? , someone ?I feel understood by the people who I contact with.? of directors.
