Abstract (EN)
This study was conducted the effects of lysolecithin supplementation to diets that contain two different fat sources and have two different energy levels on growth performance, serum biochemistry and slauhtering parameters and nutrients' digestibilitity of broiler.A total of 640 day-old male broiler chicks were randomly assigned to 8 treatments with 4 replicates of 20 chicks each. The experimental diets compose of diets with (1 kg/ton) or without lysolecithin to normal or low (-100 Kcal/kg) energy diets containing soybean oil or turkey fat. According to the experimental results; the diet containig soybean oil increased final body weight (BW) and body weight gain (BWG) and feed intake (FI) during the period of 0-6 weeks and improved feed conversion ratio (FCR) of broilers compared to the diet containing turkey fat. Normal energy diet increased final BW and BWG, decreased FI and improved FCR of broilers compared with low energy diet. Dietary lysolecithin supplementation increased BW and BWG and FI throughout the experiement and improved FCR compared to diet without lysolecithin. Feeding diet containing soybean oil decreased the relative weight of abdominal fat and increased the relative weight of liver compared to those of diet containing turkey fat. Feeding the normal energy diet increased the relative weights of abdominal fat and liver of broilers compared to those of broilers fed the low energy diet. Furthermore, the lysolecithin supplementation significantly decreased the relative weights of abdominal fat and liver of broilers compared to diet without lysolecithin supplementation. The lysolecithin supplementation to the low energy diet containing soybean oil resulted in the highest serum HDL cholesterol level, while the lysoclecithin supplementation to the normal or low energy diets containing turkey fat also caused the lowest serum HDL cholesterol level. The lysolecithin supplementation the diet containing soybean oil increased the crude protein digestibility, while the lysolecithin supplementation to diet containing turkey fat decreased the crude protein digestibility. The diet containing soybean oil with or without lysolecithin supplementation did not affect the crude fat digestibility, while the lysolecithin supplementation to diet containig turkey fat significantly enhanced the crude fat digestibility compared to diet without lysolecithin supplementation. In conclusion; the lysolecithin supplementation to normal or low energy diets containing soybean oil or turkey fat did not significantly influence growth performance, carcass yield and the relative weights of visceral organs except the pancreas of broilers. The lysolecithin supplementation to the normal energy diet containing soybean oil or turkey fat resulted in the the highest mortality. The lysolecithin supplementation to the normal energy diet containing soybean oil caused the highest serum HDL cholesterol level and the digestibilities of crude protein and crude fat and the lowest dry matter digestibility in broilers.As a result; It is also recommended to examine the histological parameters of the small intestine sections in order to clearly demonstrate the effects of the diet's fat source, energy level and the level of lysolecithin added, and the effects of the interaction between these treatments on broiler chickens on growth performance, slaughtering parameters, serum biochemistry parameters and nutrient digestibility.
