Abstract (EN)

Sometimes the ethnical identity, which is included in the other definition, is sometimes one of the elements of politics of difference, sometimes only the identity of individual or society as identity, and the politics of this identity has become one of the most emphasized concepts, both in the academic field and in practical politics, especially since the late 1960s. The thinking structure that brought the differences to the forefront in the post-1960 period brought about identity politics. From a different point of view, domain identity politics has gradually begun to turn into a collective structure that focuses on the politics of being the same, not those differences. Identity politics, which is the main policy style of postmodern societies, is being used by political forces, especially those who want to be or are in power. For this, identity politics is first turned into a problem and processing begins. Making politics over identity is the key point in ethnic identity politics, to reduce it to ethnic identities and to take advantage of others or differences. ethnic identity discourses in Turkey; it constitutes only a small pillar of persuasion and selection strategies for the electorate. How effective is the ethnic identity in the campaigns and propaganda that can be carried out through the voter profiles? In this research, it manages how the constitutional referendum process with ethnic identity discourses of power and the opposition in Turkey, carried out on groups of subjects is not the campaign he created through this discourse, and efficient propaganda process were measured by a questionnaire.
