This study aims to assess the role of VEGF in women with breast cancer. The mean serum level of VEGV was significantly higher in women with breast cancer compared to control(0.51805 and 0. 27541)ng/L, while the ii mean serum level of HPA was higher in women with breast cancer compared to control (0.42584 and 0.21926) ng/ml, while the mean serum level of HPI was higher in women with breast cancer compared to control (0.55968 and 0.30626) ng/ml. The mean serum level of CA 15-3 was higher in women with breast cancer (32.4718IU/ml) as compared with the control group (6.0632 IU/ml). The mean serum level of vitamin D was significantly reduced in women with breast cancer (14.7446 ng/ml) as compared with the control group (35.2053 ng/ml). The serum level of LDH activity was significantly elevated in breast cancer women (463.20 U/l) as compared with healthy women (232.38U/l). While the mean ALP activity in serum was significantly elevated in breast cancer women was (173.34 U/l) as compared with healthy women which was (103.35U/l)
