Working from home brings together work and non-work living spaces in the same environment and this affects the work-life balance of employees. In this study, it was investigated how working from home affects the work-life balance of media and advertising sector employees.In the study, interview technique, which is a qualitative research method, was used. The sample of the study consists of 21 participants living in Istanbul and Bursa, mostly in Eskişehir. 12 of the 21 participants were interviewed face-to-face and 9 of them were interviewed by phone. It has been concluded that the flexibility of time and space provided by working from home makes it easier for employees to establish work-life balance. In addition, it was found that there were significant relationships between priorities in life and work-life balance. It has been concluded that working from home positively affects the social lives of the employees and negatively affects the sociability and work friendship at the work place.
