Purpose: The main purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between academics'organizational climate and social network with their well-being. Within this general purpose, whether organizational climate predicting on academics' well-being was detected. Method: The relational model is used for the research. The universe of the research includes the academics' working in Eskişehir province and the sample consists of 422 academics from three different universities in Eskişehir during 2023-2024 fall and spring semesters. The data were obtained by appling psychological climate scale, social network tendencies scale, social relationship element scale and psychological well-being scale. Descriptive statistics; including normal distribution, reliability test, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation and multiple regression analyzes were performed on the obtained data using SPSS 27 statistical programme. Results: Six of the psychological climate dimensions which are autonomy, cohesion, trust, support, recgonition and innovation have a low positive meaningful relationship with academics' psychological well-being. Only two of the psychological climate dimensions that are pressure and fairness have a negative low relationship with the psychological well-being. Psychological climate and social network tendencies have a low positive relationship with academics' psychological well-being. Academics' perceptions of psychological climate positively predict their psychological well-being. The findings reveal that the variables of psychological climate and social network tendencies can explain 18% of the psychological well-being scores of academic staff. Conclusion and Suggestions: According to the results of the research, a significant positive relationship was found between the psychological climate perceptions of the academic staff and their psychological well-being. In accordance with social network results are found to be at a medium level. For this reason, it is suggested that the factors affecting the psychological climate and social network perceptions of academics should be examined and the psychological well-being of academics can be increased by implementing ethical and fair policies among the discourses, decisions and practices of higher education institutions both administratively and organisationally.
