Abstract (EN)
"The only thing that does not change is the change itself." Heraclaitos. It is inevitable for today's multinational enterprises to keep up with this change. While multinational enterprises operate in their own countries and create value, they also aim to invest outside their own country and benefit from the advantages of those countries. Different countries mean different people and different cultures. There are important roles for human resources management in managing the differences. In this context; One of the most important factors in the success of businesses in the global environment; the value given to the human resource. The right organizational strategies of human resources in multinational enterprises provide enormous advantages to the companies and sometimes can cause big issues. In order to achieve the same goal, we will describe the socio-cultural problems and perceptions of the multinationals, the expats, and their job satisfaction and dissatisfaction. In this direction, a survey was conducted with 119 expats that work worldwide for a multinational and Japan based company. As a result of the analyzes, 2 of the 9 hypotheses tested were accepted. According to the results, there were no differences in perception of whether the expats had had sex, age, marital status, number of children, dominance of the languages of the country they were employed, how much they work as expat, whether they had international work experience before, and whether they had received any cultural education before. In terms of educational status; The expats that have a master's degree or a doctorate and a bachelor's degree to the dimensions of cultural intelligence and adaptation perception gave higher answers than the expats with high school education degree. In terms of the level of expat in the country they work; It has been concluded that the expats, which have a long working time in the dimension of adaptation perception, are more than the expats with a short working time.
