Abstract (EN)
In this study, the facility layout problem is investigated and applied to a real world problem. First, an axtensive literature survey of methods and alghorithms used to solve the layout problem is provided. Among these methods, a computer-aided layout alghorithm (CRAFT) and Integer Programming approach (MIP) are utilized to solve the selected problem. Finally, comparison of the results produced by the two approaches is made to choose the best layout. Key Words: Facility Layout, CRAFT, MTP. II
