Abstract (EN)

The"verdict" is derived from the words in theQuranandsunnah. However, as in any language, the verbs that exist in these two main sources of religion are likely to have different meanings. This causes different meanings to arise. Here the statement determines the main purposes of the words that are likely to have different meanings. In order to achieve this goal, we have examined the understanding of expression that has a wide place in the Usul book of Fahrü'l-Islam Pezdevî, who has an important place in the Hanafi cult. To put it briefly; Takrîr Beyân is the one that there is no metaphor and allocation in the word. The Tafsîr banan is the beyan who explains the famous, common and kinical verbal statements. The Tağyîr banan is the one that has changed with another word adjacent to what the word requires before. Zaruret statement is a statement without words. Tebdîl's ban is the one that the validity of the previous judgment expired and the ensuing judgment came into force. Our work consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. Keywords: Islamic law, Beyân
