Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, factor analysis and methods for factor analysis which included in the multivariate statistical techniques were comparatively evaluated for showing investigation ofanimal husbandry. Factor analysis and factor analysis methods explained in detail and making of analysis was showed in SPSS packet programme step by step. Application of methods for factor analysis was made with use datas from studying Department of Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture in Çukurova University.Factor Analysis had applied obtaining data of different fattening trial in subjected to lambs, three factors were determined at result of analysis. It was determined total variance of these factors from percentage of cumulative variance is %77.478 in Principal Components Analysis, %74.620 in method of Unweighted Least Squares, %74.619 in analysis of Principal Axis Factoring, %74.608 in Alpha Factoring and %71.647 in Image Factoring. Also, in the four method of finding factor, 1. Factor is fat, 2. Factor is muscle and 3. Factor is called bone. However; Variables of İmage Factoring aren?t include name of factors accordingly differences in distribution of factors.
