Abstract (EN)

This study searches the influence of distinct heavy metals HgCl2, Pb(NO3)2, Ni(NO3)2.6H2O, ZnSO4.7H2O, CoCl2.6H2O, Cd(NO3)2.4H2O ve CuSO4.5H2O] on decolorization by using Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus sajor-caju ve Pleurotus florida. The study has found the inhibition of P. sajor caju?s development statistically meaningful (P?0.05) in Pb and Ni?s 0,001 mM?; Hg, Pb and Cd?s 0.005 mM? and Co?s 0.05 mM? concentrations. In side of P. florida, while 0.001 mM? concentration in all tested metals except for Ni an Cd is significant, the inhibition in Ni?s 0.005 mM? and Cd?s 0.01 mM? concentrations has been found statistically meaningful. In P. Ostreatus, the inhibition has been determined statistically significant following Hg and Pb 0,01 mM ? concentration. Inhibition of development in 0,001 mM ? concentration has been found considerable in other metals.Enzyme studies?ve determined that in Lcc activity heavy metals don?t cause any considerable alteration. In Pleurotus florida, Co %42 has increased MnP activity- which is followed by Pb with %32. Cd has decreased % 26 MnP activity- which is followed by Zn with %8.
