Abstract (EN)
In this study conducted at ?35 salinity, the effects of different foods (dry baker?s yeast and S.parkle) at different temperatures (27 ? C, 30 ? C and 33 ? C) on the rotifer (Brachionus rotundiformis) culture were investigated. According to rearing regimes the growth rate, doubling time and daily production were determined.Maximum growth rate was observed at 33°C on dry baker's yeast treatment group as 6,123±0,004 cleavage/day. Maximum development rate on S.parkle treatment group was observed at 30°C as 5,425±0,018 cleavage/day.Key Words: Rotifera, S.parkle, yeast, larvae nutrition, doubling time.
