Abstract (EN)
Poppy (Papaver somniferum L.), benzilisoquinoline alkaloids (BIA) is an economically and medically important plant with pharmaceutical properties such as codeine, morphine, narsein, sanguinarin, papaverine and noskapine. In this thesis study, P. Somniferum L. obtained from TMO has a low morphine content of Office 95, a low morphine content of Office 96, a high morphine content of Office1, a high morphine content of Office 2, a high level of tebain and a high content of noskapin. Office-NP types are used. Relationships of gene İfade regulators (Transcription Factor, miRNA, Transposon) with alkaloids in poppy plant were investigated together.
