Özet (EN)
In this study, one of the three naturally grown in Turkey endemic Colchicum (Colchicacea) species intended to compare some of the soil characteristics and microbiota. The carbon mineralization rate of C. balansae soil is significantly different from the other two soils (P <0.05). There is a difference of P <0.001 between all three soils in terms of nitrogen mineralization rate. Representatives of three domain were found in all three soils in metagenome analysis. Bacterium domain contains Actinobacteria 47.084%, 52.648% and 55.847%, respectively, as the dominant phylum in C. variegatum, C. balansae and C. triphyllum soils and as for the genus, Solirubrobacter spp. 3.305%, Micromonospora spp 4.817% and Rubrobacter spp 7.648%. As Arkea domein, 40% Nitrosocosmicus and 40% halophilic Halobacter have been detected in C. variegatum soil, while C. balansae has dominant Arkea with 14%, Thermococcaceae and C. triphyllum has dominant Arkea with 50% Nitrosocosmicus and Nitrososphera, which is not found in the other two soil samples, It was found at a rate of 33%. In the Eukaryotic domain, there is 9% Saccaromycetales as the dominant microorganism in C. variegatum soil, and Cryptococcus neoformans var. grupii H99 at a rate of 45% in C. balansae. 41% Saccaromycetales were detected in and C. triphyllum. This study shows that the difference in biological and chemical analysis results of soils works synchronously with differences in microorganism diversity and density by metagenomic analysis.
