Abstract (EN)
In today's dentistry, implant treatments are considered as the first option for the treatment of missing teeth. Implant-supported prostheses are divided into fixed and removable, with fixed prostheses generally being the first choice due to their usage advantages. In current studies, screw-retained fixed prostheses are increasingly highlighted. In this thesis study, for finite element analysis, two implants with a diameter of 4.1 mm and a length of 10 mm were placed in the mandibular posterior first premolar and molar region, and 3-unit monolithic zirconia restorations were produced. Three different abutments, namely multi unit, octa, and variobase, were used to produce three models. Vertical and oblique forces were applied, and a total of 6 different analyses were conducted. The stresses on the implant, abutment, bone, screw, and restoration were examined. The stress values among the models showed similar distributions in the stresses on the bone. In all models, the stresses seen on each component of the system after oblique loading created higher stress values than the stresses seen after vertical loading. The highest stress on the implants was seen in the model using the variobase abutment. The highest stress on the abutments was seen in the model using the octa abutment. The highest stresses on the screw and prosthetic restoration were seen in the model using the octa abutment. Since the stress values where deformation would occur were not exceeded in any model, all abutments are suitable for clinical use.
