Abstract (EN)

In this study, the effects of two types of seaweed extract fertilizers on fruit yield and quality of Satsuma mandarin were investigated and it was aimed to determine the best seaweed extract and dose in order to increase production and obtain quality fruit. Seaweed fertilizers had significant effects on fruit yield and quality characteristics. When the average yield values were examined, the highest yield amount was obtained from 350 kg/tree and EM 0.2% seaweed application. The lowest yield amount was obtained from Control trees with 279.17 kg/tree. When examined in terms of pomological properties, the highest fruit weight was 164.24 g and EM 0.2% seaweed was obtained from the application, and the least fruit weight was 151.16 g from the Control trees. The fruit with the longest fruit width was obtained from the EM 0.2% seaweed application with 74.21 mm. This value was followed by AN 0.3% seaweed application with 74.03 mm. The lowest diameter fruit was obtained from control trees with 72.09 mm.
