Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this thesis was conducted to determine the physiological, morphological and biochemical changes in different genotypes due to infection of Tomato spotted wilt virus. For this aim, two resistant (Asil F1, Ferman F1), one tolerant (Çiğdem F1) and one sensitive (Kardelen F1) was used as a material aganist TSWV in greenhouse. Diseased tomato plants conducted with samples from non-infected control mechanical inoculation results were compared with the infected plant crops. Çiğdem and Kardelen have been most affected by the genotypes of inoculation. TSWV infection Çiğdem and Kardelen genotypes, the observed in reduction of dry matter losses and chlorophyll content in plant organs but no statistical change of proline contentin leaves. Asil and Ferman affected was least than genotype of inoculation. The level of response differed depending on varieties.As a result, greenhouse which is quite common in the absence of chemical control methods against TSWV is the most effective factor in the prevention of infections due to resistant varieties resistant to the disease detected by propagating material should be used.
