Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study at different frequencies of vibration applied to investigate thephysiological impact on recovery. Subjects between the ages of 13-16 participated inthe research track and field athletes who are interested in sports. 170.42 ± 8.54 cmmean height of athletes (158-183) cm. 52.14 ± 5.36 kg body weight (43-58) kg. Thestudy group comprised 11 young men.Study consisted of four protocols, with a bicycle ergometer for 30 seconds, 75 g / kgload was applied. After installing a bicycle ergometer, subjects, passive recreation, 25Hz, 30 Hz and 35 Hz have been exposed to vibration at different times of lactic acidand heart rate measurements were taken. Study before it is loaded, just after it installs, itinstalls five minutes. and 10 min later. After the lactic acid and heart rate measurementswere taken. After the measurements at 25 Hz vibration applied to significant effect on recovery ofthe physiological and physiologically different people have found a positive effect onrecovery was observed. It (p <0.001) were found to be significantly different. 5. 10 minmin. In the applied protocols and the ANOVA test was meaningless in different p>0.877 and p> 964 such differences were found.
