Abstract (EN)

The aim of this research was to determin how the mixtures made of different additive material at different ratios effect to improve mechanical and physical features of Standard concretes used in irrigation systems. Experiments of aggregate, fresh concrete experiments upon the concrete filling to prepare with different additive material and mixture ratios even so to prepare same material upon to standart concrete models are following below. Aimed at degistration of concrete both mechanical and physical feature experiments was done. Experiments of the aggregates, calculation of concrete mixture, experiments of the fresh concrete, experiments of the harded concretes and statistical evaluation of concrete test results were carried out on the preperad samples. As a result of analyses, it was observed that there was increase in resistance features versus the increase of age of concrete in terms of per additive in control group. Because Same situation was observed in all test groups, it can be usually said that the more the age of concrete is the better resistance features are. It was observed that there was change in resistance and depth of waterproof, depending on additive kind and ratio. Pressure resistance of liquid detergent and granul soap added concrete is being declininig after the ratio of %0,05. Pressure resistance and nontransferability increase by the increase of cement age and chemical additive ratio. It could be concluded as additive the samples of volatile weak the pressure resistance of cement. Transferability feature based on waterresistance depth is determined for different additive ratios on concrete samples of 28 days. The best result among samples was found at ratio %35 of additive ashe. Maxiumum resistance was seen at ratio %15 of additive ashe. That concrete obtained by adding concrete chemicals at suggested amounth upto %15 ashe additive is reasonable can be said. Keywords: Concrete, irrigation, concrete test, aggregate
