Özet (EN)
Escherichia coli is a gram-negative bacterium that causes severe pathogenesis in animals, including humans, with many factors interfering with the pathogenesis process, such as the phylogroup type or the presence of biofilms and thus the pathogenicity island. The bacteria has been isolated from samples taken from different sources such as urine, feces, and hospitals. The isolation process was carried out by placing the isolates in selective and differential media in the laboratory and using ordinary methods such as API20, which we used for inoculation. In molecular methods, PCR was used to find genes (chuA, yjaA and tsE4). In this study, B2 (70%) showed the highest phylogenetic grouping, while D had the lowest (0%) grouping rate. Three categories emerged in biofilm. These were determined as more than 50% strong, 43.3% moderate and 3.4% weak. When the Antibiogram of E. coli was examined, it was revealed that it showed high resistance to antibiotics. The determined resistance rates took different values according to the sources from which the bacteria were obtained. These; While it was 40% in urine isolates, it was detected only 5.7% in stool and hospital isolates.
