In this study, the effects of different organic fertilizer applications on the yield and some quality characteristics of Bogazkere grape variety (Vitis vinifera L.) were investigated. These applications; control (K), mycorrhizal manure (M), bat manure (YG), farm manure (WG), solid form compost (KM1), liquid form compost (KM2), solid form vermicompost (VC1), liquid vermicompost (VC2) and commercial organic fertilizer (TG) were used. When the results of the effects of different organic fertilizer applications on yield and cluster characteristics are examined, the highest vine yield value is 15.22 kg from M application with 100 cc; a yield value is 2.526.69 kg/da per decare from M application with 100 cc; cluster weight value is 289.82 g from KM2 application with 75 cc; a cluster width value is 14.43 cm from VC2 application with 2.5 kg; the cluster length value is 18.20 cm from VC2 with 2 kg and the value of the cluster size is 220.15 from VC2 with 2 kg was obtained from the application. When the grain-related features are examined, the highest 100 grain volume value is 33.33 ml from TG application with 150 g; 100 grain weight value is 289.62 g from M application with 100 cc; a grain width value is 16.04 mm from M application with 100 cc; grain lenght value is 17.56 mm from M application with 100 cc and grain size value is 284.73 mm from M application with 100 cc was obtained. When the effect on the grape juice properties is examined, the highest pH value is 3.53 from KM2 application with 25 cc; the SÇKM value is 19.43% from M application with 100 cc and the acidity value is 1.30 g/l from VC1 application with 75 cc was obtained. When the effect of organic fertilizer applications on the macro element contents of the leaves is examined, the highest N value is 2.38%, and 75 cc of vermicompost application in liquid form; The K value was obtained with 1.27% from the application of 2 kg of vermicompost in solid form, and the P value with 0.16% from the application of 20 g commercial fertilizer. When the effect of organic fertilizer applications on the micro element contents of the leaves was examined, the highest Fe value was 429 mg/kg 10 g. Zn value was obtained from 19 mg/kg bat fertilizer 600 cc, commercial fertilizer 10 g and control applications. According to the general results, it is important to get clear results for repeat the same study in the following years in order to increase yield and quality with organic fertilizer applications in Bogazkere grape variety.
