Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out in a greenhouse environment and in the subculture of dwarf fruit tree garden, located at Yayladali Village in the central district of Tokat Province. In this study, it has been aimed to examine the change in the yield criteria of the parsley crops depending on the harvest times and its economic return. Germination time of the parsley crop, intervals between mow times, plant heights in mow times, the number of leaves, leafstalk diameters, leaf & leafstalk ratio, bundle yield per decare, fresh & dry herb yield, dry matter rate, and gross revenue per decare have been examined. As a result of the study, it has been concluded that parsley crop could be mowed 7 times in the greenhouse environment, the plant height was 36 centimetres, and that the yield rate was 120 080 bundles per decare. It has also been detected that, in the subculture environment, the crops were mown 5 times, the plant height was 32.5 centimetres and the crop yield was 67 233 bundles in total, which indicates the experiment reached a good level of yield. While the gross income was 35.350.50 TL from the Italian Giant variety, it was 33.657.50 TL from the Italian Giant variety and 15.852.35 TL from the dwarf fruit plantation subculture.
