Exchange of essential fatty acids and amino acids in the milk of simental race cattle fed with different rations

Abstract (EN)
Sentimental race cattle were divided into groups such as pulp + fenni, bait + straw (group 1), corn silage + barley + straw (group 2), and free spreading on lea (group 3) and milk samples were taken on the 15th day of feeding and brought to the laboratory, and implemented biochemical processes. After the milk samples were biochemically processed, fatty acids, ADEK vitamins, cholesterol, and protein amino acids were analyzed. The analysis of ADEK vitamins was carried out by HPLC and the analysis of amino acids and fatty acids by gas chromatography and FID detector. According to our testl results, 18 amino acids were analyzed in the analysis of amino acids. When the amino acid composition of the animals in the group 3 which fed partially as nutrient intake and free spread, it was determined that the amounts of isoleucine, methionine, threonine, phenylalanine, lysine and tryptofangibi were higher than the other two groups.The reason for this is that these amino acids are found to be at high rate in proteins in plant sources. The high rate of amino acid such as threonine, phenylalanine, and lysine in the milk proteins in the amino acid composition of 2nd group cattle which feed with Corn silage + Barley + Straw has also been observed. In the fatty acid composition of the milk content, in turn, palmitic acid (16: 0), oleic acid ((18: 1. N-9), myristic acid (14: 0), stearic acid (18: 0), lauric acid (12: 0 ), linoleic acid (18: 2, n-6), plamitoleic acid (16: 1, n-7) and pentadecanoic acids (15: 0) were determined to be above 1%. Only linoleic acid (18: 2, n-6) of these fatty acids, is the essential fatty acid and is synthesized by plant organisms. Other fatty acids are synthesized by enzymes in milk glands or by microorganisms in rumen and are the building blocks of lipid compounds in milk through blood. As a result, although the Sentimental breed cattles are fed with different rations in different seasons, it is observed that its feeding in the pasture is reflected in the composition of milk and the molecules of the plant origin take part in the milk composition. For this reason, the establishment and implementation of fences to allow free feeding and get around of cattle in cattle fattening is an important rule for healthy milk production.
