Abstract (EN)
This thesis study was carried out in order to be able to reveal the nutrient and physical spesifications of sweet sorghum varieties by feed microscopy and laboratory analysises. For the study, 6 varieties of sweet sorghum (Es8z102, Es8z101, Albanus, Sugar Drip, Gül Şeker, Csr9303) were used. In the study, physical measurements were made of grains, taken photos with stereo and electron microscopy. Color measurements were made on grain and ground samples. The nutrient content of all samples was also determined. Analysises of sweet sorghum varieties suggest that there are significant nutrient differences between varieties and that in some varieties this may be related to physical and microscopic observations. As a result, nutrient contents are determined by laboratory methods, which are traditional methods, as well as the use of morphometric and microscopic measurements to determine the quality of the sweet sorghum varieties that used as feed, is a helping method to determine the quality of feed.
