Abstract (EN)

Phthalocyanines are synthetic macrocyclic compounds which are anologues of natural porphyrin macrocyclic structure. Phthalocyananines are usually synthesized starting from the appropriate phthalonitriles and their derivatives (for exm. phthalimide, phthalic acid, etc.) or their substitution yield as metal free phthalo-ciyanine and metallophthalocyanines which obtained especially in high temperatures with the presence of a suitable anhydrous metal salt. Phthalocyanines that are completely synthetic materials are used in energy transfer, electrophotography, optic data collection, gas sensor, liquid crystal, lazer technology, one-dimensional metals as well as dyes and pigments. Ball-type phthalocyanines which were firstly synthesized by Tolbin in 2002, shows interesting electrical and electrochemical properties. In this study novel phthalonitrile derivatives were synthesized by using resorcinol, catechol and 4-nitrophthalonitrile. With the reaction of these phthalonitriles and zinc (II) acetate we synthesized novel ball-type phthalocyanines.Moleculer structures of new products have been characterized by FT-IR, UV-Vis, 1H NMR Spectroscopy methods.
