Özet (EN)
This study was conducted to determine hay yield and some quality traits of the Hungarian vetch under different starter fertilizer (DAP) and nitrogen doses for two years (2014 and 2015). The study was established according to Split Plot Design with three replications. Plant height, hay yield, crude protein and yield, ADF and NDF ratio, relative feed value, crude ash ratio, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium ratios were determined in the study. As a result of the research, it has been determined that there are significant differences between the investigated some characteristics. According to two years results, the highest hay and crude protein yield was determined in the plots applied with 10 kg base fertilizer and 5 kg base fertilizer + 4.5 kg N (475.9, 471.6 and 88.97, 85.66 kg/da, respectively). Relative feed value and crude ash ratio varied between 94.23 – 151.60 and 6.93 – 12.90 %. Mineral contents of all the treatment were found to be adequate. According to the results of the simple profitability analysis on hay and boned meat, when the combined profit amounts of two years were compared with the control, the highest profit was obtained from 10 kg DAP, and 5 kg base fertilizer + 4.5 kg N. As a result of this study carried out for two years; regarding yield and profitability, the best fertilizing practices were 10 kg starter (DAP) application or 5 kg starter + 4.5 kg N.
