Özet (EN)
The usage rate of filament yarns in recent years has been increasing day by day in the studies for developing new products. In this study, the false-twist method of texturing using cross belts with each other has combined FDY and POY polyester raw materials with filament structured yarns. FDY has been kept constant and a total of 12 samples have been obtained with the change of three different POY raw materials FDY in the texturizing furnace and two different draft values. Linear density, tensile elongation, tensile strength, tailstock count and boiling tests of the produced yarns were performed. In addition, the visuals of the fabrics produced from these yarns were examined. According to the data obtained, a difference was observed both visually and structurally compared to single-ply yarns. Key Words: Microfilament yarn, FDY, POY, PES, CDPET
